Our Offer
We provide up to 15 hours a week of alternative provision workshops for young people aged 8–16 who need a calmer, more creative and relationship‑centred approach to learning. Each timetable is flexible and can include a mix of our art‑based workshops - such as paint, print, photography, textiles and batik - alongside English, Maths, Life Skills + and Social Skills.
Every young person begins their journey with an introductory meeting, giving them the chance to get to know us, explore the space and share what helps them feel safe and settled. From this, we create a personalised plan that reflects their needs, strengths and goals. This plan is designed to help them feel secure, understood and supported from the very start.
Our goals always focus on the whole child - building confidence, communication and self‑regulation, while gently preparing them for a successful reintegration into mainstream education when the time is right. We work at a pace that feels manageable, offering consistent relationships, predictable routines and a nurturing environment where young people can reconnect with learning and experience success again.
Our offer is rooted in creativity, therapeutic practice and genuine care. We aim to be a place where young people feel safe enough to grow, express themselves and take positive steps towards their next chapter.

Vision and Values
We believe every young person deserves an education that understands them. Our vision is to create a space where creativity, wellbeing and learning come together - a place where young people feel safe, valued and able to explore their potential at their own pace. We want to support young people to re-engage with education, rediscover their strengths and move towards their next steps with confidence.
Relationships first We prioritise strong, consistent and supportive relationships. Everything we do is rooted in trauma-informed and attachment-aware practice.
Creativity as a pathway Art is at the heart of our provision. We use creative processes to build confidence, expression and emotional regulation.
Safety and predictability Our sessions are structured, calm and low-arousal, with sensory spaces and routines that help young people feel secure.
Individualised support Every student is unique. We adapt our approach to meet their needs, interests and goals.
Collaboration We work closely with families, schools and local services to ensure each young person is supported holistically and consistently.
Growth and independence We help young people develop practical skills, social confidence and the foundations they need for future learning and adult life.
Who we help
We support young people aged 8–16 who find mainstream school challenging due to social, emotional or mental health needs, anxiety, trauma or difficulties with communication and self-regulation. Many of our students attend part-time, may struggle to engage fully with mainstream or may need a smaller, calmer environment to learn successfully.
Our provision is designed for young people who benefit from:
· Small, nurturing groups
· Predictable routines and low-arousal spaces
· Creative, hands-on learning
· Support with confidence, communication and emotional regulation
· A therapeutic, relationship-based approach
· Help preparing for reintegration into mainstream school or transition to next steps
· Opportunities to develop life skills, social skills and functional English and Maths
We welcome students with a range of SEND profiles and work closely with families, schools and professionals to ensure each young person receives the support they need to feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
